Slapnation Refund Policy

At Slapnation, we want you to be completely stoked with your stickers. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may issue a refund within 7 days. We'll cry softly, but accept your return.

 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item(s) must be unused and in original condition.

  • You must contact us at slap@slap-nation.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item(s) back to us.

 

💸 What’s Refunded

  • You’ll receive a refund for the product price once we receive the returned item(s).

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

📦 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we’re not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Any stickers that have been used, peeled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

 

✅ If We Messed Up

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—reach out to us right away and we’ll fix it, fast. We'll cover any replacement shipping costs in these cases.

 

📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email slap@slap-nation.com with your order number and issue.

  2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with instructions.

  3. Send the item(s) back.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
